We accept payment via bank transfer only. Once you place an order, you'll see our bank details and your order reference on the confirmation screen — transfer the total and upload your payment screenshot on that same page. Your order status updates to “Processing” once we verify the transfer. Full details are on our Bank Transfer Details page.
Within Pakistan: Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days (Rs 350). Urgent delivery takes 1–2 business days (Rs 700). Same-day delivery is available in Karachi only, from Rs 700 minimum, with final cost confirmed at dispatch based on courier rates. International orders: shipping cost and timeline depend on courier and destination, confirmed via email and WhatsApp after you place your order.
We email you at every step — order confirmation, payment verification, shipping, and delivery. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email. Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see our emails, and mark them "Not Spam" so future updates land correctly.
Yes — enter your promo code at checkout after filling in your details. All promo codes and offers (including the first-visit and welcome-back discounts) apply to Giftings items only, not Gold or Silver & Gemstone pieces. If your bag has both, the code only discounts the Giftings portion. Codes may also have a minimum order value, usage limits, or apply only to specific categories or colors; if a code doesn't apply, we'll tell you why before you place your order.
Some pieces come in more than one color, each tracked separately in our inventory. If you select a color, availability shown reflects that color specifically — a piece can be in stock in one color and sold out in another.
Our system checks live inventory the moment you place an order, so this is rare — but if two customers order the last piece at the same time, we'll notify you immediately and help you adjust your order before anything is charged.
