Gold
Store in a soft pouch away from moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and chlorine. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Silver & Gemstone
Oxidation is part of silver's character, not a flaw — that soft blackening is its natural patina. The old rule still holds: if a piece darkens from humidity or time spent unworn, wear it for 12–16 hours and the natural oils in your skin will bring back its shine, a trick silver has relied on for centuries. Store it in a breathable velvet pouch (never plastic) with a small piece of chalk tucked in — chalk genuinely absorbs ambient humidity and slows tarnishing, while velvet keeps it soft and shielded from light and air. Keep away from water and perfume, and skip plastic bags altogether — they trap moisture and add to the microplastic waste we're working to keep out of our packaging entirely.
Giftings
Keep dry and away from perfume or lotion. Store separately from other jewellery to avoid scratches. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each wear.
